Hey all,

Just wanted to give you a heads up on the progress on my forthcoming solo album, ‘Emanate’.

Currently, the album stands 14 tracks deep and about 75% finished. I’m shooting for a September release, and the production has been exclusively handled by myself and Simon ‘Subs’ Duggal so far. I’m hoping to get in the studio with Diamond aka DJ Swami to work on a track for my album at some point in the next few months, after we finish the new Swami album. So far Kidd Skilly, Sups and Sarah Riley are all featured on the album, but the finished product may have a few more collaborations.

The next single will surprise a few folks, but I love it. Peace x

Kidd Skilly is one of a very small number of Desi rappers that I have respect for.  So when he swung by my home town for a show a few months back, you know we had to kick it and work on some super hot shit. The original track, ‘She’s Like My Shadow‘ is set to appear on my forthcoming album ‘Emanate’, alongside this remix…..check out Skilly and I droppin some hot fire over a beat I produced that represents exactly what neofunk is about. You can also catch this remix on Skilly’s new mixtape, ‘Undercover Superstar‘.
